Why we built it
Most online schedule makers ask you to create an account before you can see a single shift, and many are built for large companies with HR departments. We wanted a tool for everyone else: a small business owner filling next week's shifts, a nurse or firefighter working out a 12-hour rotation, a student fitting classes around a job, or a family planning a busy week.
So the tools are free, work on a phone as well as a computer, and don't ask who you are.

Depending on the tool, you can download a schedule as an image, a PDF sized for US Letter paper, a spreadsheet or a calendar file, or share it with a link.
How your schedules stay private
Everything you enter stays in your browser. Your work is saved in your browser's own storage on your device, not on our servers. The site has no database and no user accounts, so there's nowhere for us to keep your schedules.
Share links carry the schedule inside the link itself, in the part after the "#" sign, which browsers don't send to our server. Downloads are created on your device. The privacy policy has the details, including which analytics the site uses.
Corrections
The shift-pattern pages explain how each rotation works and how we calculated the hours, and we check those facts against published sources. Mistakes still happen. If you spot one, please tell us and we'll fix it.
